I shoot entirely on medium format film. No digital backup. That constraint forces a slowness that shows in the work — you see the light differently when each frame costs you something.
Based in Belgium, I've spent years chasing light across four continents — the remote highways of Canada, the mountain villages of Switzerland, the winter landscapes of Hokkaido, the wide open American West. These guides are my attempt to pass on what I've learned about finding the places nobody else photographs.
